Gridless is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to support the sales channel and grow the Gridless brand. As an early member of this fast-growing channel organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture a set of reseller partners as well as identify and train new channel partners to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the existing sales channel by forming relationships with partners and training resellers
- Find new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, emails, and calls
- Support partners by assisting them on sales calls, answering customer questions, provide pricing, and overcoming objections
- Learn the Gridless pitch and grow the position as the team expands

Gridless technology is military grade, mobile, and green. Gridless batteries are used to power everything from solar powered security cameras to medical refrigerators for covid vaccine distribution. The company is expanding rapidly with the goal of growing a global brand in off-grid energy.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate has a minimum 2 years sales experience, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoys a small team and highly collaborative environment. They possess the drive to consistently close high value business, and they welcome the accountability to do so.
Qualifications
- 2+ years sales experience
- Ability to develop relationships and engage at all levels within partners (Sales to C-suite)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines
- Technology or security sales experience (preferred)
- High level written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment with a small, growing team
- Bachelor's (preferred)
